Employee Mapping is a process where management and the selected employee sit down together to talk about the long-term career goals of the employee. After goals are established, data is collected about the desired future positions and the employee's KSAOs. Then a plan is put in place where the organization can give steps the employee can take over time to reach their career goals over time. This service consists of meeting with management and staff and administering assessments. The price for certain third-party assessments used in this service is not part of the price.
